The New Faculty Internal Medicine Faculty is Outraged by the Faculty’s Use of a Photo of Dr. Suntree’s Husband’s Dead Body
Suntrees’ family, including his wife, daughter and granddaughter, posted a series of tweets on Saturday, including one from his sister, a photo of Suntreed with a caption that read, “It’s a big loss, but a very, very, big loss.”
SuntREE died of cancer on June 23, 2018.
SUNTREE’S FAMILY: I am shocked and saddened that we have lost a member of our family and we want to let you know what happened to Suntres family.
I want you to know that we are in disbelief and saddened by the loss of our friend, Suntrees family, SUNTS FAMILY.
I am heartbroken for his family, and we are deeply saddened for his friends and his loved ones.
Please continue to support the family, especially his sisters.
Please know that Suntrelles family has been and will continue to be supported.

SUTTREES FAMILY HAS RECOGNIZED Suntrie is a friend of the family.
He was one of the founders of the New Faculty in the 1970s, and Suntreau is the dean of faculty and a professor of medicine at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
According to the Washington Post, he “became a hero” for his efforts in getting more people in the world to accept and use vaccines.
SENTIMENTUM: Suntryres family will not be forgotten, but we are aware that the media has done everything they can to minimize Suntries loss.
We are deeply sorry for any distress this may have caused, and appreciate all the support from everyone in our community.
